Post- License

This is an approved CE course by the GA Real Estate Commission. Candle Real Estate Academy, LLC is an approved school with the Georgia Real Estate Commission License #8156. Renewal date November 2026.

Students that attend the course will earn 3 continuing education credits upon successful completion of the course;

Grading policies for this post-license course:

• Class will have (one) in-class quizzes, which will not be graded, but for students to measure their understanding of the course.

CE requirements:

• The licensee musts complete a written course evaluation that will be given to the attendees at the end of the lecture.

• The licensees attending this course should arrive on time for class and stay for the entire class.

• If this class is taught as a live course via zoom, the licensee's camera must be on the entire session.

• The licensee will provide the school with the correct spelling of their name as it is recorded with the real estate commission and their license number.

Make-up policy: There are no make-up policies for post-license courses. Students that registered and did not attend the class must re-register when the course is offered again.

Students may not receive credit for any continuing education course that he or she has taken within the previous calendar year.

Recruitment:

No recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm is allowed in this class or on the school premises. Report promptly any effort to recruit on behalf of a brokerage firm by anyone including a fellow student to Candle Lockett at admin@CandleRealEstateAcademy.com or the Georgia Real Estate Commission at 404-656-3916. Instructors and school coordinators/directors must promptly report to the Commission any efforts to recruit students in violation of this paragraph.
