Ashley owns Jennings Real Estate Group LLC with offices based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Knoxville, Tennessee, and Atlanta, Georgia. The focus of our Brokerage is to ensure families are able to reach their financial goals. Ashley understands the stress associated with buying and selling property. Ashley will ensure all clients are given the best customer service. Ashley believes in educating clients on the importance of homeownership. Ashley thrives on sharing how 90% of wealthy people become successful by investing in Real Estate.

Ashley also owns Experience Capital LLC, which is a fully black-owned company that specializes in renovating distressed properties. Ashley syndicated over three million dollars, and raised over six figures of private capital in their first quarter.
